Q： How do I sign up for a Super Value Tours escorted tour?
A： Simply complete and submit the online booking on the left side of the homepage. Our operators will contact you for confirmation and mail you the tour package upon receiving full payment.

If you wish to book with your local travel agency, please make sure Super Value Tours packages are available at your local travel agency.

If you do not know any travel agencies in your local area, you may call our toll free number 1-877-388-1777 or email us at info@supervaluetours.com and we will provide the closest travel agency in reference to the area of your desire.

Q： What does the tour package pricing include?
A： Tour pricing includes airfare, taxes, fuel surcharges of up to 700USD, airport transfers, guide services, and most meals. Gratuities for guides are not included, but are appreciated at your own discretion. For complete details, please refer to“Terms and Conditions” at our website.
Q： What are the terms of payment?

Q： If I have friends and family living outside of USA and Canada, can they still join Super Value Tours?
A： YES, they can. You can help them purchase the “land tour” with Super Value Tours and they would purchase the air tickets on their own. Your friends and family can meet with the Tour Director at the designated time and date in the airport meeting area. If they cannot meet with the Tour Director at the designated time frame, they can go to the hotel of the 1st night of the tour on their own expense and meet with our Tour Director at the hotel.
Q： If I cannot see the Super Value Tours logo and Tour Director at the airport, what do I do?
A： Please DO NOT PANIC. Our Tour Director is simply checking on other members of the tour at nearby area. Please wear your Super Value TOURS tags and our Tour Director will see you. It’s usually a group of people meeting near the designated area.
Q： Where do I look for the destination weather report and what kind of clothing should I prepare?
A： Please refer to “Travel Information” at our website.
Q： Can I use a GSM or other North American cell phone in Japan?
A： Generally speaking, North American carrier systems are not available in Japan. Please contact your phone service provider for any other cell phone inquiries.
Q： Can I use US currency inside Japan?
A： Very few Japanese shops will accept US currency. Currency exchange is available in North America before your trip or upon arrival in Japan airport at the meeting area. Please visit the Travel Information page for more info.
Q： Can I use frequent flyer mileage in combination with the air tickets purchased with a Super Value Tours package?
A： Different airfares have different restrictions and are frequently being updated. For the most current and accurate information, please contact your airline company for such inquiries. Super Value Tours tickets are based on group rates and may differ on regulations and rules with normal frequent flyer mileage plan regulations.
